Our refund policy operates as follows:
Digital Products
Refunds are not given for digital products however should you experience any issues, we will be happy to assist, by either contacting us from within your digital access area, via the 24 hour online service desk or by emailing our team at: contact@smallbizcontentvault.com
Physical products
Physical products can be refunded within 14 days. Please return them in their original packing to the address on your packing slip or Invoice. Once received a refund will be made. For items that you may have recieved damaged and would like a replacement please just tick the box on your returns label for an exchange.
